We provided Professional Consulting Engineering services for the new KIPP COOPER NORCROSS ACADEMY at LANNING SQUARE - pre-K through 8th grade with 116,000 gross sqft and 3 stories with a final construction cost of $35.6M. The school was opened to the community in Fall 2015.

We have provided Professional Consulting Engineering services for many projects for the TOMS RIVER REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT over 15 years in excess of $85,000,000.00 in total construction cost.

• Referendum Project: $16.2M Additions and Alterations to Toms River High School North. This project provided major additions to the district High School totaling 119,443 gross sqft of new construction. This major referendum project included the following additions: new academic wing with (20) CRs for Freshman, new media center addition, new guidance suites, major renovations and expansion of dining and kitchen areas, new multi-use gymnasium (capable of accommodating 5,000 occupants - aka the "Pine Belt Arena" which has served many community events including concerts, workshops and exhibit spaces) and related athletics wing.
• Referendum Project: $27.9M New Intermediate School South. This project was a brand-new ground up 195,000 sqft grades 6-8 intermediate school for the district.
• Additions and Alterations to: Toms River High School North – New Computer Rooms (2004), Toms River High School South – New Computer Rooms (2004), Classroom Wing Addition at Toms River Intermediate West (2002), Additions and Alterations to Toms River North Dover Elementary School (2002), Pine Beach Elementary School Additions and Alterations (2000), Toms River High School South Addition and Alterations (1997), Washington Street Elementary School Addition and Alterations (1997), South Toms River Elementary School Addition and Alterations (1996), Toms River High School South Science Rooms (1996), North Dover Elementary School Classrooms and Cafeteria Addition (1992), Toms River High School North Renovations (1992)
• Misc. Capital Improvements Projects including Remedial Electric Service Entrance Work at Toms River High School North (2012), Chiller Replacements and related work at Toms River Intermediate North (2012/2014)

We have provided Professional Consulting Engineering services for the READINGTON TOWNSHIP BOARD of EDUCATION referendum which consisted of $29.0M of construction of additions, remodeling and renovations at the Readington Middle School, Three Bridges Elementary and Whitehouse Elementary Schools.

We have provided Professional Consulting Engineering services for the MONTCLAIR BOARD of EDUCATION for over $15.0M of projects including additions to the George Inness School, Bradford School, Northeast School, and systems upgrades at Montclair High School.

We have provided Professional Consulting Engineering services for the JACKSON TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT including a $35.0M referendum project for construction of the new Performing Arts Addition to the Jackson Memorial High School and construction of the new Intermediate School (Christa McAuliffe).

We have provided Professional Consulting Engineering services for the ASBURY PARK BOARD of EDUCATION including construction of the new Bradley Elementary School, complete HVAC systems retrofit of the Asbury Park High School, new Bangs Avenue Elementary School (plumbing and fire protection), and electrical upgrades at the Asbury Park Middle School.
